Services Party Consulting: Let us take care of the details. We have the expertise and experience to successfully plan, organize, and manage your special event. Waitstaff: Our waitstaff are experienced professionals, skilled in the service industry. Kitchen Personnel: We can manage food service, handle food preparation and reheating, and garnish trays . Bartenders: Our bartenders are TIPS certified, and we assume full liquor liability. Uniforms: Formal attire includes black pants and shoes, white tuxedo shirts and black bow ties. Casual attire for summer functions includes khaki shorts and maroon polo shirts. Insurance: All staff are fully insured with liability and worker s compensation coverage.

Hourly Rates Waitstaff $28.00 Bartender $30.00 Culinary/Kitchen Manager $30.00 Party Consultant $30.00 Chef $40.00 Liquor Liability Insurance $1.50/guest For all service personnel, there is a four hour minimum per person, per event. Gratuity is not included in the hourly rate and can be given, at the client s discretion, at the time of the event.
